Ironies of the Coffin Debate

Bush's controversial and tasteless campaign commercial showed flag-draped coffins of the 9-11 victims being carried out. and yet, the flag draped coffins of the scores of young people being killed in Iraq in our misguided quagmire of an Oil Crusade , those are not to be seen by the American public? A woman photographing them recently was fired from her job for releasing her bootleg photos. She is a hero.

Another smart person pointed out that the double standard valued political expediency rather than privacy.
